Analysis of the current state of project management development under conditions of uncertainty and risk

The scientific article presents the results of an assessment of the current state, problems and prospects for the development of project management in the context of new challenges, uncertainty and risk. A critical analysis of international and national standards for project management and risk management was carried out. The shortcomings of traditional standards have been identified, which lie in the fact that they are all advisory in nature. In the conclusions of the article, the author argues for the need to develop this topic, create new methods and standards that will ensure the effectiveness of project management in conditions of uncertainty and risk.
