Indicators of behavioral loyalty should reflect those components that characterize rational loyalty, namely: cross-selling, repeat purchases and increase in the company's turnover. In this paper, we consider the most complex indicators of behavioral loyalty, which include the above components. A comparative analysis of measurement methods is carried out.
