This article analyzes modern approaches to remuneration and their impact on the effectiveness of personnel management. The article discusses the main approaches to remuneration, such as pay by time, pay by results, pay by competencies, pay by performance and modern approaches such as pay for value, pay for knowledge and pay for teamwork. It has been determined that modern approaches to remuneration, such as pay for value and pay for the results of teamwork, contribute to improving the motivation of employees and increasing the efficiency of personnel management. It has been determined that modern approaches to remuneration, such as pay for value and pay for the results of teamwork, contribute to improving the motivation of employees and increasing the efficiency of personnel management. Moreover, payment for knowledge and competencies can become an effective tool for personnel management, especially in a rapidly changing economic environment.
