In a scientific article, the authors focus on the fact that Crimea travel agencies mainly work with profitable foreign destinations, not focusing on domestic tourism, and clients do not buy Russian tours due to lack of information and stereotypes that have developed in their minds, which is especially important currently. Based on the analysis, the most relevant tourist destinations, the average number of days of rest, the most populated months of the year, are identified. It is proposed to differentiate tourist services programs by price, age and regional policies, it is noted that this influence may not be direct, but with the help of indirect influence (the provision of additional insurance and guarantees at the legislative level), which in the future will significantly increase the competitiveness of domestic tourism The features of the analysis of the level of competitiveness of travel companies required for the quality management of competitive advantages are considered. Many methods of assessing competitiveness are analyzed in detail, both positive and negative aspects are considered. It is proved that with a huge number of proposals, ultimately those organizations that take into account the personal needs of consumer segments have a competitive advantage and set a global goal not only to follow the main trends, but also reach a level at which their own proposals will determine public opinion on the choice of a tourist product.
