The analysis of specifics of the priority investment projects implemented in the current economic conditions in Khanty- Mansi autonomous okrug (Yugra)

The purpose of the present article is studying of a condition of the current investment potential at the regional level and its features as a catalyst of positive changes in national economy and overcoming its crisis consequences. The expediency of application of an evolutionary method in increase in investment potential of Russia (i.e. approach “from below - up”), namely interpretation of opportunities of use of potential of regional investment projects as engine of growth of national economy in its general set and prospect is considered by the author. Specifying key theoretical and methodological aspects, the author addresses a concept of the investment project as complex phenomenon, to consideration of the main sources of its financing. The subject of the article is the priority investment projects implemented in the current conditions at the regional level on the example of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The range of projects, extent of their realization, volume of the enclosed resources, the type of the given state support correlating with efficiency of realization is considered by the author and the possibilities of their further development influencing the investment potential of the region in general and rendering synergetic effect on modern economy of our country are defined. Estimating a range of the implemented investment projects, the author comes to a conclusion that at the moment the autonomous area Yugra has necessary resources for formation of the hi-tech economy capable to create new jobs, to become the center for attraction of investments and new technologies, rendering synergetic effect on national economy. The spheres of priority character created in the region which development is capable to influence increase in investment potential of Yugra and national economy are defined by the author, the main obstacles demanding elimination for their expeditious development are formulated.
