He analysis of existing ways of organizing the work of the contact zone at the service enterprise in the fashion industry is carried out. To calculate the time spent on the work of the salon staff, a Gantt chart and a network graph were compiled. It was found that the salon staff, working with databases, makes decisions more quickly, fills out forms of documents efficiently and quickly. the Gantt chart showed that a number of operations are completely eliminated. Together, these mathematical models allowed us to give an objective assessment of not only the calculations of time spent by the client and the salon staff, but also a logical structure of all processes and operations taking place in the salon.
