Analysis of formation and development of the anti-corruption legislation of Russia of the pre-revolutionary and Soviet periods

In article corruption actions in Russia, both during the pre-revolutionary period, and in days of the Soviet power are considered. Characteristics of fight against bureaucracy in government, are analysed by office omissions, offenses and the wrong actions of officials. Are revealed, theoretical provisions the demanding specifications, and it is proved that experience of the Soviet period has huge value for process of improvement of a legal mechanism and is of a certain scientific and practical interest at the moment.
