Analysis of statistical data on insolvency (bankruptcy) cases in the arbitration process in the Irkutsk region for the period 2015-2017

ARBITRATION PROCESS IN THE IRKUTSK REGION FOR THE PERIOD 2015-2017. Abstract: In the Russian Federation, under the market economy, illegal schemes and corruption mechanisms have emerged that allow them to evade payment of their obligations (for example, "Intentional bankruptcy" is regulated by Article 196 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Organizations (enterprises) that are not able to satisfy in full on monetary obligations, the state, creditors, suppliers, employees of the organization and others, recognize their organization (enterprise) as bankrupt. According to statistical data on arbitration cases in the Irkutsk region, the number of insolvency (bankruptcy) cases increases every year. So in 2015, 780 applications were received, in 2017 - 1330, which is 70.51% more than in the previous reporting period. In the arbitration process in the Irkutsk region in 2017, 2.5 times more insolvency (bankruptcy) cases were considered than in 2015. The relevance of the chosen topic is justified by the fact that at the moment, close attention is paid to insolvency (bankruptcy) cases in the arbitration process. The article analyzes the state of these cases in the Irkutsk region on the basis of statistical data, dynamics and structure, and draws the main conclusions
