Analysis of the organizations strategic prospects in the international market

This article analyzes the strategic prospects of the company in the international market. The company under analysis was the American company IBM, which is the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of hardware and software, as well as IT services and consulting services. Currently, IBM's core business strategy is cost leadership. It is shown that effective management is important for the organization, since it includes planning and setting goals, as well as motivating employees to fulfill plans. Effective management creates direction for the organization and communicates that vision internally and externally.
