Strategy plays a key role in the promotion of any business and occupies an important place in the important planning of a company. In turn, the orientation strategy is a system built by the company to implement clear action plans in the interests of ensuring security in the market. The article considers a step-by-step analysis of the shares of the CHOCOFOOD company, which is a delivery aggregator in many cities of Kazakhstan. To successfully conduct an analysis of the potential attractiveness of a company, it is worth starting the process of studying the environment of the enterprise, and the most powerful and useful method for addressing it is PEST analysis. The analysis of the essence is followed by the analysis of the development of economic, socio-cultural, technological factors in the country. According to the results of the analysis, it was revealed that this method is mandatory for use in the company.
