Analysis of the structure of the elinware alloy 21NMKT after thermocyclic treatment

The results of the study of the 21NMKT elinvarny alloy after various heat treatment conditions are given. The kinetics of particle separation and FeCo dissolution was studied. The proportion of intermittent decomposition of the 21NMKT alloy is estimated. Data are given on the dependence of microstresses on changes in the size of mosaic blocks on the aging time. Recommendations are given on the choice of the thermocyclic treatment mode in accordance with the change in the physical composition.
