The article deals with the formation of the organization's capital structure, taking into account the cash flows on the example of PJSC "Mobile TeleSystems". Cash Flow Management indirectly affects the capital structure and cost of the enterprise as a whole. The analysis of the capital structure of PJSC "Mobile TeleSystems" showed that the investigated company most of its activities are financed by borrowing. In respect that the specifics of the company, focus more on borrowed capital is favorable practice for the PJSC "Mobile Telesystems".
