Litigation cases challenging cadastral value after determining the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of 17 December 2014 on the case number 91 APG14-4

The practice of courts of general jurisdiction, established in cases of contestation of the cadastral value of land after the determination of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2014 to the case number 91-APG14-4. The authors suggest a number of practical measures to finalize on land valuation reports to eliminate most of the comments, which make the courts as a proof of the relevant claims.
