Analysis of the essence of the rule of law in N. A. Berdyaev's philosophy of law

The article discusses the peculiarities of how N.A. Berdyaev's views on the state of law were developing. The religious and moral basis of the idea of the rule of law is revealed. In the framework of the Christian Personalism the author justifies the limits of state intervention in human life and restriction of their rights and freedoms.
