The analysis of technogenic danger for people in the electrical systems and the concept of preventive methods of protection

The current method for the analysis of hazardous man-machine systems (on the example of "people-electroinstallations-environment”) is considered in the article. It shows the process of the development and implementation of risk and outcome of electrocution (fatal, disability and temporary disability). The algorithm of formation and development of technogenic danger is given in the work. The conception of preventive safety of electrical installations of the man machine system is formulated. The gradation of preventive measures of electric defence is brought, distinguishing the decline of frequency (probabilities) of hazardous occurrences, their consequences - damages (losses) and improvement of the efficiency of electrical safety, directed to the prevention of risks and mitigation of their consequences. The development and realization of dangers are shown in the system. The recommendations on application of electric defence are given depending on the operation's mode of electrical installations (normal, pre- emergency and emergency).
