The analysis of most responsible details of transfer with intermediate rolling elements is made, technological process of production of a wheel with cycloidal profile is considered. The analysis of shortcomings of the considered technological process is made. The option of change the technological process of production of profile wheel allowing to reduce prime cost of a detail is offered.
