Analysis of technologies of estimation of project management in the system of development of transport infrastructure of Russia

The article analyzes the vector of the project policy at the present stage of development of the country's transport infrastructure. The main methods for assessing the implementation of program activities are identified, with respect to strategic features of the territory. Also, problematic aspects defining inefficient use of resources in the implementation of project activities have been identified.
