Current operational process analysis at TBD LLP

This article analyzes the current operational processes in TBD LLP. The purpose of this analysis is to identify problem areas in operational processes and develop recommendations for their elimination. The SWOT analysis carried out in this study is aimed at improving the efficiency of the enterprise, enhancing the quality of the services and products offered, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the analyzed enterprise through cost savings, reduced production time and customer satisfaction improvement.
