Analysis of the territory of agricultural enterprises on the possibility and necessity of zoning for planning agricultural production

Zoning is defined as a mechanism of land management. Showing the historical aspect of the development of zoning in relation to the Omsk region. Shows the assignment results of zoning for development planning of agricultural production. The article considers the scientific-methodical approaches to the selection of signs for carrying out zoning of the agricultural organizations that support the processes of planning the effective use of land. Among the possible signs included those properties of land that have individual values and spatial differentiated among these, there are separate parameters of the area, topography, soils, groundwater. Shows the method of selecting the necessary signs according to the degree of their influence on the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural production and land use. It is proposed by using correlation and regression analysis. Indicated the need for sufficient variability of the characteristic as the base of establishment of different zones of displaying its parameters. For this reason, from signs for the zoning of territory of agricultural organizations excluded climate parameters and economic conditions of usage.
