Бесплатный доступ

During the conduct of investigative actions photography is often used as an additional method of recording. The lack of clear regulation of the rules of presentation of photography results leads in practice to alternative versions of existing forensic recommendations. This, in turn, adversely affects the quality of the represented illustrative matter. On the basis of the study of photo tables made in various forensic units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the authors analyze and typify the errors made in taking photos during the crime scene investigation and subsequent illustrative matter presentation and give relevant recommendations.
