Requirements analysis for information systems of the Russian telecommunications market

The article reviews the issues of the Russian telecommunications market, substanti-ates the need for standardization of the eTOM (EnhancedTelecomOperationsMap)model for OSS / BSS information systems. There is a necessity to regulate the eTOMmodel by domestic regulatory documents in the domestic market. It will allowcreating holistic and high-quality operations of end-to-end processes, providinga basis for understanding and managing IT application portfolios in terms of re-quirements for business processes. The authors conclude that the regulation of theeTOM model could solve the problems of the OSS / BSS solutions of the Russianmarket.
