Analysis of labor resources of a multidisciplinary hospital

The quality of medical care and the availability of medical services directly depend on the quantity and quality of labor resources. Consequently, labor resources can also influence the efficiency of a medical organization. Therefore, the provision and competent management of labor resources is one of the most difficult problems and, at the same time, one of the most important tasks of human resources departments and the management of medical organizations. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to analyze the labor resources of budgetary healthcare institutions using the example of a multidisciplinary hospital in Arkhangelsk based on the main indicators of personnel assessment. The labor resources analysis was carried out based on personnel statistical reports for 2021-2023. The study of the indicators revealed some personnel problems in the organization, such as an increase in staff turnover, a low level of staff constancy, the predominance of other personnel, as well as pre-retirement age workers, etc.
