In modern conditions, the importance of analyzing the organization's workforce to ensure economic security is obvious. In the article, the analysis of labor resources is considered from the point of view of the economic security of the organization as a tool for identifying the risks of adverse events. It is based on an indicative method of conducting on the main indicators with their subsequent comparison with the established criteria.
