Analysis of labor resources in an agricultural organization

In this article, on the example of the conventional agricultural organizations considered analysis of the workforce, namely the analysis of the composition and structure of the personnel, analysis of productivity, analysis and evaluation of working time, the analysis of the dynamics of the level of complexity, as well as the directions of increase of efficiency of human resource management.
