Analysis of satisfaction with certain aspects of professional activity of employees of the penitentiary system

The article presents the results of a study of the satisfaction of employees of the penitentiary system with some aspects of their work. The survey was conducted among employees of correctional institutions of the Vladimir region. The analysis of the obtained data allowed us to assess the level of satisfaction with the content of the work, relations in the team, working conditions, the level of remuneration, the possibility of career growth, the ideology of the organization, and also indicates the need to change the forms and methods of work, the introduction of participatory approaches in working with the team.
