Analysis of the risk of bankruptcy of a company according to foreign methods

The article provides a brief overview of the regulatory framework governing bankruptcy in Russian Federation. The author highlights foreign methods of diagnostics of bankruptcy of a company. The author comes to the conclusion that there is no model for predicting a bankruptcy of an enterprise that meets all the criteria from universality in use to absolute accuracy.
