The article presents the results of the analysis of management strategies for digital transformation, the most relevant\ for development of modern organizations. The role of managing the process ofdigital transformation of the economy is determined, based on understanding it as a strategic goal for the development of the national economy. In this context, the main directions and targets for the implementation of digital transformation projects are summarized. Based on this, the authors draw conclusions about the need to coordinate management efforts in the field of digital transformation at the level of government bodies and management of modern organizations.
