Analysis of personnel motivation management (on the example of working students of BelSU)

Currently, staff motivation is of great importance for business leaders, as it is a well-developed system of motivation can improve the ability to work of the team and the efficiency of the organization. The article is devoted to the analysis of motivation management of working students on the basis of the results of the author's research "Management of personnel motivation (on the example of working students of BelSU)". The article reveals the basic concepts of motivation. The analysis of the research results and recommendations are also presented.
