Analysis of the level of victimisation of citizens of the Russian Federation in relation to real estate transactions

The relevance of the analysis of the level of victimization in relation to real estate transactions is due to the practical orientation, since crimes are often committed within the framework of civil real estate turnover, as a result of which particularly large damage is inflicted on the injured party, and in some cases the person is deprived of the only housing. Despite the thoughtfulness of the crime, often the victim herself contributes to the successful implementation of the criminal intent. As part of the study, judicial practice was reviewed and a sociological survey was conducted demonstrating the current level of legal awareness of the population in this area. Recommendations on ways to prevent this type of crime are given.
