Durum wheat ( Triticum durum Desf.) is the second most important species of wheat, occupies about 10% of the world production. The international KASIB program is an effective solution to breeding issues aimed for increasing of the yield, quality, and ecological plasticity of durum wheat varieties. The purpose of this study was the analysis of productivity and yield components of durum wheat varieties of the KASIB-22 nursery under conditions of the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia. The breeding material of the international nursery was analyzed for the main components of productivity and yield. In 2021-2022 according to the resultsof the assessment of the varieties and lines of spring durum wheat of the international nursery KASIB-22, groups of different origin of the material with a high manifestation of some traits were identified: yields - Aktobe Agricultural Experimental Station and Samara Agricultural Research Institute (32.4 and 37.0 c/ha); No. grains per ear Samara ARI (32.1 pcs.); weight grain per ear and thousand kernel weight - the Federal Altai Scientific Center for Agro-Biotechnology and the Samara ARI (1.3-1.4 g and 41.5-44.9 g). The yield of variety samples was closely related with the weight grain per ear and thousand kernel weight. To a lesser extent, the yield related to the No. of spikelets and grains per ear. Valuable samples were identified, combining a yield of 31.8-40.4 c/ha with high productivity indicators (weight grain per spike and thousand kernel weight - 1.12-1.55 g and 37.6-47.7 g): Line 242/243-2020 (Aktobe AES), ATP Prima (Altay FASCAB), Line 2217d-4, Line 1927d-27, Line 2285d-3, Line 1693d-71 (Samara ARI), recommended as a starting material in breeding for high productivity.
