Analysis of conditions and factors of creation of Krasnoyarsk agglomeration

In the article the authors consider conditions of creation of urban agglomerations, as a promising form of regional organization of production. The advantages and the risks of the process of agglomeration are defined. Complexity factor for the Krasnoyarsk agglomeration is calculated. Method for peer review opportunities and constraints for development of Krasnoyarsk agglomeration is proposed.
