The analysis of appliсation сonditions of the statiс deterministiс model, modified to refleсt the сase of the inсreasing priсes of the inventory items

The study shows application conditions of the static deterministic model, modified to reflect the case of the increasing prices of the inventory items. There is a derivation of formulas for calculating the economies of using modified static deterministic model, instead of the classic static deterministic model of the economic order, in case of increasing cost of delivery or prices of the inventory items. The dependence of the economies of using modified static deterministic model, instead of the classic static deterministic model on the cost to hold the inventory is showed. Appropriateness of using modified static deterministic model dependence on prices of the inventory items, cost of delivery, inflation rate, cost to hold the inventory is showed.
