The article discusses the innovations provided for by Federal law №218-FL «On state registration of real estate» in terms of forming the Federal state information system for maintaining the Unified state register of real estate (EGRN). Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the EGRN in the Penza region over the past five years, and also performed the statistical analysis provide information of the EGRN in the last eight years.
