Analysis of the impact of monetary instruments on the development of the Russian economy

This article discusses the legal issues of using monetary instruments and provides a list of them. The analysis of trends in the use of monetary instruments in the Russian Federation and their impact on the overall state of the Russian economy is carried out. Causal relationships between changes in the economic situation in the country and the monetary instruments used were identified. Based on the identified trends and relevant documents, the main forecasts of economic development and the planned set of monetary instruments for 2021-2023 are presented and studied.
