As part of the study, the impact of employee motivation on organizational performance was determined, and the impact of non-financial incentives on the overall motivation of employees was studied. The main motivational factors of employees are considered and an assessment of the level of satisfaction with the internal atmosphere of the enterprise is given, using the example of PJSC «NPO Almaz». Measures have been developed and implemented aimed at improving employee interaction, increasing the level of satisfaction with the management team and improving the work environment. The analysis of changes in the indicators monitored in the study before and after preventive measures aimed at raising the level of attractiveness of the company's working conditions was carried out. Demotivation factors have been identified. The theses influencing the organization of the personnel motivation system have been developed. The relationship between the level of motivation and satisfaction with the workflow and organizational indicators in the company is determined. The results obtained made it possible to change the system of staff motivation in the company under study, create a more favorable atmosphere in the company and improve the main financial and economic indicators of the company.
