Analysis of value development program implementation as a pedagogical condition for forming leadership abilities

The article presents the results of the research confirming expediency of value development program implementation directed to forming the leadership potential of youth. It is revealed that psychological testing will allow determining and forming the range of values and develop the level of willful control of emotional reactions by the young men. The authors used the factor analysis to study the dynamics of leadership abilities, willful control of emotional reactions and values orientations system at the final stage of experiment, that allowed proving the efficiency of the conducted work.
