The article discusses the main factors affecting the financial and economic sustainability of construction enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory. Suggested recommendations when choosing a supplier of building materials. A new scheme for obtaining funds from the sale of real estate has been investigated. The situation with the number of population in the city of Krasnodar and the Krasnodar Territory in dynamics over three years has been analyzed.
