Analysis of external micro-medium entities of PJSC "Megafona"

This article analyzes external subjects of the microenvironment of MegaFon PJSC: MTS and Beeline. First, the author briefly describes the situation in the Russian telecommunications market. Next, the article analyzes the activities of MTS, its main services as MegaFon’s main competitor. Then the author studies the strategy of MegaFon. At the end, an analysis of revenues, net profits of MTS, Beeline and MegaFon is given.
