Analysis of eastern regions by human quality criteria

In the cluster analysis of Russian regions on human potential indicators and economic characteristics of the quality of life, subjects of the Siberian and Far Eastern federal districts fell into four clusters. The article justifies the obtained distribution of regions by these groups and analyzes the main problems of human capacity quality of each cluster. Regions requiring special attention to address human development problems are identified.
