Analysis of the need for graduates on the labor market of the Republic of Tyva

The article deals with the employment of graduates on the labour market of the Tuva Republic. Graduates, as young people, are the unprotected segment of the population, but also the most promising because they are highly adapted to market conditions. A statistical analysis of youth unemployment was conducted to assess their situation on the labour market. On the basis of monitoring data from Tuva State University, employment problems of graduates were identified and a rating was given among faculties. The forecast of demand for the enlarged specialties and ways of solving the problems identified is presented.
