The article deals with the analysis of opportunities and prospects of technological clusters. In the Russian Federation, a 10-year development strategy is always being developed, and it can be noted that in this strategy, since 2012, increasing importance has been given to industrial policy, in particular, cluster approaches in the development of regions.
