Analysis of opportunities and challenges for the sustainable development of the Kaliningrad region's economy under external sanctions pressure

The article considers the challenges faced by the economy of the Kaliningrad region in 2022, primarily in the field of foreign economic relations, as well as their impact on the economy of the westernmost region of our country. Special attention is paid to the problems associated with breaking the old logistics chains, through which the region imported or exported goods, as well as the curtailment of Western business, which located its branches under the preferential regime of the special economic zone.
