The article carries out a research of correlations in the food service sphere by studying the case of the innovative-educational cluster. With this objective in view the authors determine the principle spheres participating in the cluster formation, analyze existing correlations between them, and consider arising challenges by building static and dynamic (in the form of pentaspiral) cluster models.
