Analysis of the legislation in the sphere of education

The aim of the work is to study legal foundations of educational activity and work out recommendations aimed at the improvement of the legislation in the field of education. General scientific cognitive methods make up the methodological basis of the given research. Main results received prove that in order to increase the efficiency in the legal regulation in the educational sphere it is necessary to systematize legal acts in the field of education, to eliminate contradictions of legal structures existing in educational law sources and to work out an educational glossary.
