Analysis of the salary of a teacher in a rural educational institution

The article considers the specifics of the formation of teacher salaries in a rural educational institution. An analysis of the current situation shows a shortage of teaching staff in the whole country, which is associated with a heavy workload of teaching staff, great responsibility, overcrowding of classes in cities and low wages. This situation is especially acute in rural schools. The peculiarities of per capita financing with a small number of children in rural schools lead to an even lower salary level compared to urban schools. The article examines the specifics of the formation of rural teacher salaries, presents the types of surcharges and incentive allowances. Two incentive payments are also proposed, which are characteristic of the modern requirements of the educational environment.
