Cost analysis of the measures for reducing the level of biological risks in milk production

The purpose of the research is to consider the wastes related to the analysis of the costs of carrying out the measures to reduce the level of biological risks at enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex. The objects of the research are the measures to reduce the level of biological risks in agrarian and industrial complex. The composition of the costs of conducting business and veterinary and sanitary measures, additional costs of identification of biological risk factors (infectious agents), exhibiting the variability under the influence of environmental conditions are described in detail, economic damage to agricultural enterprises as a result of exposure microbiological risk factors in the 4 dangerous zooantroponoses (diseases caused by biological risk factors that are common to man and animals) is calculated: Mycobacterium tuberculosis, bacteria of the genera Brucella, Leptospira, and Listeria monocytogenes. In the work of veterinary service of agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises it is necessary to consider such factors, as the level of development of material base, equipment and technologies; the level of the development of pharmacological production and specially equipped vehicle fleet; education level, knowledge, the skills of veterinary experts; the level of the development of the system of motivation of the personnel. In order to increase the safety of the production of agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises and to decrease the level of biological risks it is necessary: 1) to raise the level of the development of material base, equipment and technologies both agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises, and veterinary services which are carrying out the control of the state of health of animals and the quality of made production; 2) to increase the level of pharmacological ensuring work of veterinary experts; 3) for increasing labor productivity of employees of veterinary institutions to provide them with special cars; 4) to increase education level, knowledge, skills of veterinary experts and employees of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex.
