The analysis of expenses for the personnel of the organization on the example of the branch of FSBI "FCC Rosreestr" in the Orenburg region

As the title implies the article describes the notion and classification of personnel costs. The cost analysis is carried out on an example branch federal state budget institution "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr" on the Orenburg region. The dynamics of personnel costs in the branch of FSBI "FCC of Rosreestr" in the Orenburg region has been analyzed, and the rate of growth and absolute change in indicators from 2015 to 2017 have also been calculated. The composition and structure of the wage fund of the branch of FSBI "FCC of Rosreestr" in the Orenburg region were considered and according to the data given in the table, conclusions were drawn. Having studied the dynamics, composition and structure of the payroll fund of the branch of FGBU "FKP Rosreestr" in the Orenburg region, improvements were proposed for optimizing costs in the branch.
