Analysis of land use for the formation of investment platform as a tool of territorial development

Formation of investment areas is a tool local governments to attract investment to the territory and resources of the enterprise and management decisions will depend on the impact of land policy in relation to business and population. Therefore, the article presents the results of analysis of the use of land resources of the village Yermolovka Penza region Penza region, allowing to justify the formation of an investment platform for attracting businesses to the area and provide local people with new jobs.
