Analysis of the organization's life cycle in the scope of industry's and macroeconomic's cyclicality

Studing of the organization’s life cycle in the modern world with a complex, controversial, dynamic external environment shouldn’t be carried out separately from industry’s and macroeconomic’s cyclicality. It is generally accepted that the development, dynamics and phase change of lower-level cycles are determined by the characteristics of high-level cycles. However, such a dependence is far from always directly proportional. Identification of the main indicators of industry’s and macroeconomic’s cyclicality, affecting the performance indicators of the organization (economic, social and environmental), determining the nature of their influence and constant monitoring of their changes make it possible to predict changes in the financial performance of the organization, the ability to satisfy the requirements of the main stakeholders and also accept timely decisions about the need for change at all stages of the organization’s life cycle.
