Anamnestic, clinical and laboratory criteria of differential diagnostics of the obstructive and non-destructive form of cholestasis

The present work discusses findings of differential diagnostics in patients with cholestasis syndrome who come to consult a doctor to a polyclinic unit. Nonobstructive cholestasis is meet in the majority of patients (76.3%); a leading place in this group belongs to hepatitis of various etiology (87.8%). While analyzing the course of obstructive cholestasis it has been found out that cholelithiasis and postcholecysectomic syndrome are seen in the majority of cases (83%). In 6% of patients the course of cholestasis was not found. It took place because of not sufficient diagnostic tools in the polyclinic unit and in such cases patients were hospitalized.
